  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk the raw eggs and heavy whipping cream together. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Then sprinkle 1 cup of your cheese on top of the eggs.
  4. Next, sprinkle your prepared bacon and sausage on top.
  5. Top the remaining cup of cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake with the dish covered for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil from the casserole and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the egg is cooked all the way and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool slightly and enjoy!

 Holy Smokes! This dish is AMAZING! I am sure you are not surprised by that. I mean, come on! It Has Bacon and Cheese!!!! Anyway this dish is a great way to use up left over bacon and sausage and you can even prepare most of it before schedule. That in itself, makes this dish a WIN! Here is how I made this yummy cheesy breakfast casserole!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scramble the eggs and heavy whipping cream together. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased casserole dish. I then sprinkle 1 cup of your cheese on top of the eggs. Next, sprinkle your prepared bacon and sausage on top.

Top the remaining cup of cheese on top and cover with foil.  Bake with the dish covered for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil from the casserole and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the egg is cooked all the way and the top is lightly golden. Allow the dish to cool slightly and enjoy!
