- 8 Slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 Lb. Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 C. divided Cheese of Choice shredded (I used a blend of Mozzerella and Cheddar)
- 8 Lg. Eggs
- 1 Tb. Heavy Whipping Cream

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Whisk the raw eggs and heavy whipping cream together. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased casserole dish.
- Then sprinkle 1 cup of your cheese on top of the eggs.
- Next, sprinkle your prepared bacon and sausage on top.
- Top the remaining cup of cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake with the dish covered for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil from the casserole and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the egg is cooked all the way and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly and enjoy!
Holy Smokes! This dish is AMAZING! I am sure you are not surprised by that. I mean, come on! It Has Bacon and Cheese!!!! Anyway this dish is a great way to use up left over bacon and sausage and you can even prepare most of it before schedule. That in itself, makes this dish a WIN! Here is how I made this yummy cheesy breakfast casserole!
