This side dish is a perfect mixture of bacon, cheese and broccoli. Good fats, plus the fiber from the broccoli! This side dish is a perfect partner for any main dish.
I took the lightly steamed broccoli and placed it in the bottom of a loaf pan. You can really use any type of baking dish you would like. This is just what I had, so I used it. Then I chunked up the butter and placed it on top of the broccoli.
I sprinkled the bacon and the cheese over the top of the broccoli.
