shredded (I used a blend of Mozzerella and Cheddar)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk the raw eggs and heavy whipping cream together. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Then sprinkle 1 cup of your cheese on top of the eggs.
Next, sprinkle your prepared bacon and sausage on top.
Top the remaining cup of cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake with the dish covered for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil from the casserole and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the egg is cooked all the way and the top is lightly golden.
Allow the casserole to cool slightly and enjoy!
