Cream together the cream cheese, butter, lemon extract, lemon zest, and sweetener.
Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well.
Pour batter into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the cake is completely baked.(Around the 20 minute mark, place a piece of foil on top of the loaf pan to keep the top of the cake from browning too much)
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
Top with some yummy fruit and some home made coconut cream whipped cream!
