August has shocked us this year. It has been pretty cool. More like nice, early Autumn temperatures. It has been wonderful! But with the cooler temps comes comfort food! I had set out to make a Keto Friendly Chili but instead it turned out to be more of a Taco soup. No worries though. It. Was. Fantastic!
First, in a large pot, you want to brown the meats and throw in the peppers and onions until every thing starts to get nice and tender. Then you can throw in tomatoes and the spices. Mix everything really well. You can drain the fat off if you have a bunch or if you are wanting a less fattening soup.
Then pour the beef broth into the pot and let everything simmer for about an hour. You want to cook the soup long enough for the peppers and onions to finish getting tender and the spices and other ingredients to get to know each other. Once the peppers are cooked, you can then add the liquid Sucralose to the pot. Give it a good stir.
Top with you toppings of choice and enjoy!
