Ingredient List
3 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Tb. Dry Ranch Powder
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 C Ginger Ale
Bread of Your Choice
We all know I love my Crock Pot! What isn’t there to love? YA throw your meat in the the pot, cover it and in a few hours BAM! DINNER IS READY! This dish is great for those hot summer days and not wanting to heat up the house with cooking. Here is how I made these Sandwiches!
First I took the chicken breast and placed them in the crock pot. Then I added the cloves of garlic, ranch dressing powder and ginger ale. Just pour it over the top. Cover the crock pot and cook for 4 hours on High or 7 hours on low. These times all determine the thickness of the breast. The meat should be tender and fall apart easily!
After the chicken is cooked, remove the breast to a different container and start shredding it with 2 forks.
Now you want to take the meat and place it on the bread of your choice. I like to use the dressing from the cole slaw as a sauce for those who don’t like cole slaw. Serve them up and enjoy!
Like I said, this is a nice fast meal that doesn’t require heating up the house!
