- 2 C Purred Strawberries
- 1 1/2 lbs. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 C Butter softened
- 1/2 C Coconut Oil melted
- 3 Tb. Vanilla
- 1/2 C Powdered Monkfruit or sweetener of your choice

- I like to take the strawberries and cook them down a bit before I puree them. I use my emulsion stick blender to make fast and easy work of this step.
- Next take the remaining ingredients and place them in with the strawberries and blend away until smooth and creamy.
- Then using a scoop or a spoon, place equal measurements on to a silpat (or parchment) lined baking sheet. Then freeze for a couple hours. Remove the fatbombs and store in a zipper bag or a freezer safe container until you are ready to enjoy!
NOTE- I do not usually put the nutritional facts on my recipes because it will depend on what brands of ingredients you use. For my ingredients each serving is Calories-73 Fat-7.5g, Total Carbs-3.5g, Net. Carbs-1g, Protein-1g.
