Cole Slaw is one of this things that my daughter and I enjoy all year round. Making it “Keto” friendly was really easy. Just use a Keto approved sweetener in place of the sugar. It is really that easy. Now, if you do not know how to make a nice sweet and tangy cole slaw, this recipe is the way to go. It is simple ingredients and some pretty basic steps. Here is how I make my Keto Cole Slaw!
Mix the cabbage and onion together in a large bowl.
Mix the mayo, sugar substitute, mustard, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar together in a separate bowl.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and onion. Mix together really well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool.
Before serving, mix everything again to fully incorporate the dressing onto the cabbage.
