Instructions
  1. Mix the cabbage and onion together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the mayo, sugar substitute, mustard, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar together in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and onion. Mix together really well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool.
  4. Before serving, mix everything again to fully incorporate the dressing onto the cabbage.
