  1. Place your pork steaks in a casserole dish.
  2. In a saute pan melt your butter. Add the olive oil and onions to the pan. Once the butter is melted and the onions are tender, stir in the ranch powder.
  3. Pour the ranch sauce over the pork steaks. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the steaks are cooked all the way through.
  4. Once the steaks are baked all the way through, allow to rest in the sauce for 5 minutes. Then serve up and enjoy!

This dish has amazing flavor! It is definitely a fan of all ranch lovers. It goes together fast and is ready to enjoy within 30 minutes. This will be a regular dish in our meal rotation. Here is how I made the Ranch Pork.

I started by placing 2 pork steaks in a casserole dish. It doesn’t really matter what type of pork you use. I had steaks, so that is what I used. No need to grease the dish or brown the steaks.

In a saute pan melt your butter. Add the olive oil and onions to the pan. Once the butter is melted and the onions are tender, stir in the ranch powder.

Pour the ranch sauce over the pork steaks. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the steaks are cooked all the way through.

We enjoyed our Ranch Pork Steaks with a nice helping of brussel sprouts!
