Salmon

Here is another Salmon recipe for ya. This one was a winner for sure! Nice flavor. Not too salty, not to sweet! Tomithy said it was “Perfect”. Here is how I made the Teriyaki Salmon.

I start with the marinade. Take all the ingredients, minus the fish, and mix them together in a dish until the sugar is dissolved and mixed in fully!

Now take your Salmon and the marinade and place them in a plastic zipper bag and marinade for 20 minutes. Be sure to rotate the bag to allow all the fish to get a good coating of the marinade.

Now take the fish and place in on a foil lined baking pan that has been sprayed. This will make for easy release of the fish when it is cooked. Bake for 16 minutes at 400 degrees or until the fish is nice and flaky.

While the fish is baking, take the marinade out of the zipper bag and place it in a pot on the stove. You want to reduce the sauce over low heat (remember there is sugar in the marinade….we don’t want to burn that) by half.

After the fish is done baking and the sauce is nice and thick, you will brush the sauce over the top of the Salmon before you serve.

I hope you enjoy this dish as much as Tomithy has!
