4 Tb. Cinnamon
1 Tb. All Spice
2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 1/2 Tsp. Ginger
1/4 Tsp. Cloves
Apple Pie Spice isn’t complicated to make and most people have these ingredients in their cabinet or spice rack. I like to make a large amount of this spice blend so I have it ready to go when I need it. This is what I put in my Apple Pie Spice Blend.
I place all the ingredients that are listed above in a bowl and mix them together. I really like this blend. The flavors go together well with out there being too much punch from some of the stronger spices. After it is mixed, store the apple pie spice blend in a air tight container and store with the rest of your spices. Be sure to make the container so you know what it is.
