16 oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 C Sour Cream
5 Tb. Ranch Dressing Powder
1 Tsp. Dill
These tasty little treats are wonderful on a summer afternoon. They are light and refreshing and make for a wonderful appetizer. Here is how I make them.
First I took the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing powder and the dill and mixed it in my stand mixer. Making sure the cream cheese is softened really helps out and allows the spices to really get mixed in well.
Next I take my cucumber and remove MOST of the skin. You do not have to do this step but I am not a huge fan of the skins texture. I know it looks rough but once they are sliced you wont be able to notice.
Next you layer them up. Starting from the bottom up I layer a cracker, cheese mix, cucumber and then top with some cheese mix. You can get fancy and pipe the cheese onto the cracker. I don’t feel it is worth all the effort considering they are gobbled up pretty fast!
