These biscuits are very simple! They are not flashy but boy oh boy they are YUMMY! Nice and fluffy with an amazing BUTTERY flavor!
I start by mixing together the almond flour, salt, eggs, 4 TB. melted butter, sour cream and baking powder.
Then take 3 tb. of cold butter and chop it up small. Stir it into the batter mixture.
Take an ice cream scoop and scoop out the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are slightly browned. I would say allow to cool, but we didn’t. We enjoyed them with our Keto Sausage Gravy.
