- 2 C Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 7 Tb. Butter divided
- 1/3 C Sour Cream
- 1 Tb. Baking Powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the almond flour, salt, eggs, 4 TB. melted butter, sour cream and baking powder.
- Then take 3 tb. of cold butter and chop it up small. Stir it into the batter mixture.
- Take an ice cream scoop and scoop out the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are slightly browned.

These biscuits are very simple! They are not flashy but boy oh boy they are YUMMY! Nice and fluffy with an amazing BUTTERY flavor!

Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are slightly browned. I would say allow to cool, but we didn’t. We enjoyed them with our Keto Sausage Gravy.
