- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Mix together the almond flour, sour cream and 3/4 tsp. pink sea salt with a rubber spatula.
- Roll out half of the cracker dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. You want the crackers thin. Remove the top layer of parchment.
- After you get the dough rolled out, cut the dough into desired sized crackers. Top with the remaining salt.
- Bake the crackers for 50-60 minutes. I like to rotate the baking sheets in the oven several times during the bake time.
- Allow the crackers to cool and break them across the score lines. Store in a zipper bag.
NOTE- I do not usually put the nutritional facts on my recipes because it will depend on what brands of ingredients you use. For my ingredients each serving is Calories-180g, Fat-16g, Total Carbs.-6, Net. Carbs-3, Protein-6g....according to MyFitnessPal
These crackers are very simple in flavor. They pair well with anything with a big punch of flavor and really have a nice crunch!
Tomithy was looking for a cracker that has a very simple flavor to go with his midnight snack of Sardines. Sardines are a great way to get in a large amount of fat and are pretty healthy for you as well. So when Tomithy decided to go Keto, that was one of his requirements…. figure out crackers to go with his sardines. So this is what I came up with.

After an hour and 5 minutes, you will have some nice crunch crackers that took minimal prep and ingredients. What do you like to pair your crackers with?
