- I mix the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, and pork together in a zipper bag. Mix and massage the pork with the sauce and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Mix together the pork rinds and the Parm. cheese in a deep dish for breading the pork.
- After the pork has marinated, place the pork in the cheese and crumb mixture. Take the olive oil and heat it up in an oven safe skillet. You want the oil to be rippling but not popping. Take the breaded pork and gently lay it into the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Cover the pork with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the internal temp of the pork reaches between 145 and 160 degrees.
- Enjoy!
I love this recipe! It goes together pretty fast and can be mostly prepped the night before. It has amazing flavor and it is also Low Carb! One of the best parts, you can use whichever cut of pork you would like! I
I first start by marinating the pork. I mix the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, and pork together in a zipper bag. Mix and massage the pork with the sauce and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Cover the pork with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the internal temp of the pork reaches between 145 and 160 degrees. I like to go closer to 160 degrees, but it is a personal preference.
Enjoy!
