Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 3/4 C Almond Flour
- 2 Tb. Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Tsp Xyanthum Gum

Instructions
- Mix the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and cream cheese. You want the cheese melted and mixed together.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the Xyanthum gum, salt and egg. Mix until it form a dough like texture.
- If the mixture gets too hard to work, warm slightly making sure not to cook the egg.
- Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper until you get the desired thickness and shape.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Then flip the crust and bake for about 3-5 minutes.
- Now that the crust is made, add your desired toppings and bake until warm.
This is not my recipe, BUT I HAD TO SHARE. When you are on a low carb diet and are REALLY craving pizza, this crust is a pretty good substitute! I was going to do a post about all the things I have found to use this recipe for but I couldn’t wait to share this recipe. Not only is this recipe Keto/Low Carb it is also Gluten Free.
When making the dough you can use a microwave or stove top. Just be sure you don’t burn the cheese. I prefer to use the stove top when making the crust. Mostly because I don’t even own a microwave.
This recipe is big enough for 2 personal size pizza. But the possibilities are ENDLESS! Look for a blog post that will be coming up with the all the ways I have found to use the dough for.
