“Fat Head” Pizza Crust
When you are on a low carb diet but are REALLY wanting pizza, look no farther!

Ingredients

Mozzarella Cheese
shredded
3/4
C
Almond Flour

Tb.
Cream Cheese
softened

Egg

Pinch
Salt

Xyanthum Gum
Instructions
Mix the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and cream cheese. You want the cheese melted and mixed together.
Remove from the heat and mix in the Xyanthum gum, salt and egg. Mix until it form a dough like texture.
If the mixture gets too hard to work, warm slightly making sure not to cook the egg.
Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper until you get the desired thickness and shape.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Then flip the crust and bake for about 3-5 minutes.
Now that the crust is made, add your desired toppings and bake until warm.
