- 1 lb. Asapagus chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Tb. Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Parmesan cheese

- Saute the garlic in the butter for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped asparagus to the saute pan and coat the asparagus.
- Cover and steam for 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Serve and add salt and pepper to the asparagus and Parmesan and enjoy!

Many people have told me that they do not like asparagus. I tell them, “Yes you do! You just haven’t had it prepared properly!” So here is how I make this amazing side dish.
First start with melting the butter in a saute pan and then add the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.
Now take your chopped asparagus and mix it in your saute pan and cover it completely with the butter and garlic. Cover the pan and steam for 5-10 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
Serve the asparagus and top with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese if you like.
