10 oz. Andes Mints Baking Chips
12 oz. Semi- Sweet Chocolate Chips
12 C Milk
First of all let me say YUM!!! Second let me share with you how to make this wonderful cup of happiness!
So lets start with these wonderful little things. WE ALL know and love Andes Mints! But this little bag is such a time saver. No need to spend all that time unwrapping the mints.
So ok… now lets talk about how to make this wonderful cup of joy! It is so easy. 1 bag of the Andes Mints, 1 12 oz bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, 12 cups of milk. That is it! Throw it all in the crock pot and turn it on high. I stirred it every 10 minutes until the chocolate was completely melted.
Once the chocolate was melted, I turned the crock pot down to the “warm” setting. I didn’t want to burn the chocolate or the milk.
Now that the Peppermint Hot Chocolate is all ready to go, find a nice tall mug and fill that sucker up! Remember to leave some room at the top to add the Whipped Cream! This Hot Chocolate is so rich and smooth and wonderful. I know your whole family will really enjoy it.
