- 2 C Low Carb Ketchup
- 3 Tb. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tb. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tb. Bacon Grease
- 1/4 Tsp. Liquid Smoke optional

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a sauce pan. Mix everything together and cook on medium-low heat until you get the desired texture. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
This sauce is awesome and has really made my pulled pork sandwich amazing. I missed BBQ sauce. And I just couldn’t justify having pulled pork without the sauce. Now that I have the condiments figured out, this LCHF (low carb/high fat) diet seems totally doable!
