Finding ways around certain food staples that I am used to enjoying has been a slight annoyance when I changed my way of eating to a Keto Diet. Now that I have figured these two condiments, the Keto diet seems even more enjoyable and realistic to sustain for a long period (if not the rest of my life). I decided to place these 2 recipes together since you need the ketchup recipe in order to make the BBQ Sauce recipe. Here is how I made these condiments.
Low Carb Ketchup
When you are wanting to add a little zip and tang to your burgers, this recipe is the one we reach for.
Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan. Keep the heat on medium low. Reduce the mixture until you get the desired thickness. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
