Finding ways around certain food staples that I am used to enjoying has been a slight annoyance when I changed my way of eating to a Keto Diet. Now that I have figured these two condiments, the Keto diet seems even more enjoyable and realistic to sustain for a long period (if not the rest of my life). I decided to place these 2 recipes together since you need the ketchup recipe in order to make the BBQ Sauce recipe. Here is how I made these condiments.

Ingredients
- 4 8 Oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 C Fiber Syrup clear
- 1/4 C Sugar Free Brown Sugar like Truvia or Sukrin Gold
- 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon ground
- 1 Tb. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tb. Onion Powder

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan. Keep the heat on medium low. Reduce the mixture until you get the desired thickness. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

- 2 C Low Carb Ketchup
- 3 Tb. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tb. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tb. Bacon Grease
- 1/4 Tsp. Liquid Smoke optional

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a sauce pan. Mix everything together and cook on medium-low heat until you get the desired texture. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
