16 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 pks of Buddig Beef, chopped
16oz. Dill Pickles, chopped
1 Tb. Dill Pickle Juice
This dip is fantastic! It goes together fast and is sure beats wrapping pickles in cream cheese and beef. No time at all in making this dip. Here is how I made this Dill Pickle Dip.
First mix the cream cheese, beef and pickle juice. I use my stand mixer to save my arms from all the strain.
Now take your pickles and stir them into the cheese and beef mixture. I do NOT use my stand mixer for this. You don’t want to smash the pickles! Be gentle with the pickles. They are the star of the show. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve!
