All I can say is WOW! This soup was fantastic! A couple quick notes though. 1- I highly suggest you use the cream of chicken soup. It taste amazing and adds a special home made taste. 2- I chose lovage instead of the celery, but I realize not many people have lovage in their spice rack. 3- BE SURE TO ADD THE CHEESE AND BACON TO IT! I didn’t make it for tonight but it really brings something special to the soup. We did add the cheese though. So let me tell ya how to make this soup!
First chop up all the veggies and chicken and dump it in the crock pot. Add the celery here if you don’t have lovage., Pour the melted butter over the top and and give everything a good stir.
Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, parsley, lovage, and ranch seasoning. Then pour it over your meat and veggies.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours or until your veggies and chicken are cooked all the way.
