2-3 Tb. Heavy Cream

We love the taste and smell of cinnamon rolls on the weekend. I just never have enough time to make them every weekend. I came up with this recipe for a few reasons. 1- It is fast! 2-Stoney loves helping in the kitchen, so this recipe is very kid friendly! 3- It taste amazing! Here is how I make our Pull Apart Cinnamon Bread.

First we start by mixing together the sugar, salt and the cinnamon in a bowl.

If you are lucky enough to have a helper, have them start pulling off chunks of the dough and rolling them slightly in their fingers. Then drop the dough into the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Toss the dough in the cinnamon and sugar until coated all the way. We do this is sections so there is enough room for the dough to get coated with the sugar and cinnamon.

I lightly spray a loaf pan and then start putting the sugared dough in the pan.

Once all the dough is in the loaf pan, place it in a 375 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the dough is all the way cooked in the center. The thicker the dough, the longer the bake time.

While the cinnamon bread is baking, mix together your powdered sugar and cream. If you would rather use milk, that would be fine. Always start small with the liquid when combining. You can always add more liquid but you can’t take it out. (But if you need to, you can add more sugar also!) Mix until you get the texture of glaze that you desire.

Once the bread is baked all the way, allow it to cool slight then you can serve it up with a drizzle of icing! Enjoy!
