3-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
3/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
2/3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 C Lemon Lime Soda
3 Tb. Garlic, minced
2 Tb. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
If you are looking for a super easy Crock Pot Chicken Recipe, THIS IS IT!!! This recipe is easy to prepare and ready in 6-8 hours (depending on the temp you chose to cook). This recipe has become a family favorite for sure. Here is how I made the Asian Inspired Chicken!
I first combined all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and mixed it all together really well.
Then after you place your chicken breast into the crock pot, pour the sauce over the top of the chicken. I used frozen chicken and cooked the chicken breast on low for about 5 hours.
I flipped them about half way through the cooking time. You don’t have to do this step, but it does help flavor the meat all the way through.
Once it is done, serve it up and enjoy. Since it was an Asian Inspired Dish, I chose to pair with rice!
