Garlic Herb Tilapia

Ingredient List

2 Tb Butter, melted

1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

Salt and Pepper

2-4 Tilapia Fillets

I have been trying to broaden my knowledge of fish lately. To be honest, I am not a fan of any fish. Tomithy is my critic when it comes to taste testing. This recipe was easy and fast! Dinner was ready in about 12 minutes. Ya can’t beat that!

I started by mixing my dry spices together. Mix the garlic powder and the Italian seasoning together.

Then take your melted butter and mix it with the spices.

Now take your fish and place it in a foil lined baking dish that has been lightly greased. Be sure the fish is dry. I usually just pat it dry with some paper towels. Salt and Pepper the fish.

Now smother the butter/spice mix over the Tilapia and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Make sure the fish is flaky at the thickest point of the fish. All ovens are different with temperature so just double check the fish to make sure it is cooked.

It will be nice and golden. The fish ends up being tender and flaky. Serve it with a side of DIY Rice A Roni and enjoy!
