2 C Heavy Cream
7 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
3-5 Tb. Espresso
1/4 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 C Mini Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (optional)
I love this recipe! It takes 2 of my favorite things and combines them into one! Ice Cream and Iced Mochas! Perfect for a hot summer day.
I start with the espresso, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips. I melt everything down over a low heat until smooth!
Doesn’t it look FANTASTIC?!?!?!
Remove from the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Place the whole pot in the fridge to cool. About 2-3 hours or so.
Now, following your Ice Cream Machines instructions. Assemble your machine and get it ready for the cooled Mocha mixture.
Let your machine run until it is almost as thick as you would like it.
Now dump your mini chocolate chips into the mixing bowl. Allow it to combine the chips fully and to finish the freezing cycle.
Remove your ice cream from the machine and place int he freezer to finish freezing. When the ice cream has frozen to the desired consistency, you can enjoy your Mocha Ice Cream!
I garnished my ice cream with some chocolate covered espresso beans!
