Parmesan Chicken

Ingredient List

1 C Mayo

1/2 C Parmesan Cheese

1 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt

1/2 Tsp. Pepper

1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

4-6 Chicken Breast

1/4-1/2 Parmesan Cheese

We eat a lot of chicken in this house. Mostly, because, we raise chickens. But to keep from getting in a flavor rut, I am always trying to ingredients and new ways to bring the chicken to the dinner table. Today I made Parmesan Chicken. It was really moist and tender and packed full of flavor. Here is how I made it.

First I mix the dressing. 1 cup of Mayo, 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper and 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder. Mix it all together and set it aside.

I take 4-6 chicken breast and trim the fat and slice into chunks. This allows the chicken to cook faster. I place them into a lightly greased baking dish. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel so the dressing can stick to the chicken better.

Apply the dressing to the top of the chicken. Be generous. You should have more than enough for all the chicken.

Then top the chicken with about 1/4-1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese. Place the baking dish in a 375 degree oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.

The chicken will be so tender and juicy. The cheese will have a wonderful crust on top. This dish is packed full of flavor. I hope your homestead enjoys this dish as much as ours has.
