3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk

DAY 5 IS HERE!!!! I saved my most favorite recipe of fudge for last. This is the recipe my mom would make for our family when she made fudge. I did NOT come up with this recipe. It was the fudge recipe that Kraft Foods would place on the wrapper of their Marshmallow Fluff container. But since this is my favorite, I had to share it. It reminds me of my childhood and of home.
Here is how ya makes this EASY Fantasy Fudge.
In a heavy bottom sauce pan, combine 3 cups of white sugar, 3/4 cups butter, and 2/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring this mixture to a boil and be sure to stir continually. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes over medium low heat.
Next, remove the mixture from the heat and stir in 12 oz. of semi sweet chocolate chips until melted. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in 7 oz. of marshmallow fluff and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. If you desire- now would be the time that you would add in the nuts. We aren’t a household that enjoys nuts in our chocolate so I usually skip this ingredient.
Once your ingredients are mixed together, pour the fudge into a foil lined pan that has been buttered and place in the fridge to set. Once it has hardened, cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
