Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add the egg, butter, syrup and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Try to make it rectangular and roughly 1/8-1/4 inches thick.
  5. Remove top parchment and use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
  6. Place parchment with dough on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip the crackers over onto a second parchment lined baking sheet. Place crackers back into 300 degree oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Remove crackers and allow to cool for about 5 minutes, or until they are easy to handle. Turn off oven.
  9. Break apart the crackers and place them back into the warmed oven and allow the cracker to dry out the rest of the way. Time will depend on how warm the oven still is.
  10. Once the crackers are crisp and cool, they are ready to enjoy!

While developing recipes, Stoney had a request for graham crackers. He has a long list of Non-Keto favorites that he is always asking me to make. This week graham crackers were at the top of the list. So after MANY failed attempts, I think we have a winner. Here is how I make my Keto Graham Crackers.

Whisk together the  almond flour, sweetener, (We are really enjoying the Monkfruit Sweetener) cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

Add the egg, butter, syrup (I used Fiber Sirup Gold  but Maple Syrup may be a good option as well) and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Try to make it rectangular and roughly 1/8-1/4 inches thick.

Remove top parchment and use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares. Place parchment with dough on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
