- 1/2 C Butter softened
- 3 Tb. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 C Sugar Substitute I use Sukrin:1
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 C Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Almond Flavoring
- Sugar Free Jam Of Choice

- Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together. Then add the egg and almond flavoring and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet either with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Using about 1 tablespoon of dough, form balls.
- Then use your thumb or a spoon make a well in the center of the cookie. Take the sugar free jam and place a small amount in the thumb-print of the cookie. Place the prepared cookies into the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
- After the cookies have firmed up in the refrigerator, bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.

I have a confession to make. I LOVE COOKIES! I love them with my coffee. I love them for breakfast. I love them for dessert. Honestly, is there ever a time that cookies AREN’T amazing?? I can’t think of any. These cookies were easy to throw together….but they do need to go in the fridge for about an hour before baking. That is ok, though. It builds anticipation! Let me share with you how to make these YUMMY Thumb-Print Cookies!
I start by creaming the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together. Then add the egg and almond flavoring to the creamed butter, cheese and sugar.
