- 1/4 C Sugar Free Brown Sugar like Truvia or Sukrin Gold
- 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon ground
- 1 Tb. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tb. Onion Powder

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan. Keep the heat on medium low. Reduce the mixture until you get the desired thickness. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
Since I have started the Keto way of eating, the biggest thing I have missed is condiments. Keeping the ingredients simple and low carb. friendly is the biggest key. Other than that, this recipe is pretty fast and definitely fills the void of familiar flavors that I have been missing on my burgers.
