Ingredients
- 1 lb. Cauliflower steamed
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese divided
- 5 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 3 Tb. Butter melted
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Parsley

- In a bowl mix together all the sour cream, 3/4 C cheddar cheese, bacon, onion powder, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Fold in the steamed cauliflower.
- Put the mixture into a casserole dish, top with the remaining cheeses, and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until it is heated all the way through.
This recipe will be made regularly at our house! The flavor is spectacular. Not over powering if a lot of extra spices to hide the cauliflower taste. It was tender and cheesy! This dish is also to make a head and heat up later. Take advantage of that if you do not have a lot of time to cook in the evenings. Here is how I made the Loaded Cauliflower bake.
Mix together everything except the cauliflower and 1/4 cup of cheddar.
Fold in the cauliflower, gently. You do not want to damage the cauliflower too much. Place the mixture in an oven safe baking dish.
Cover with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until it is heated all the way through. Serve immediately and enjoy!
