2 Tube Crescent Rolls
2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C Pumpkin Puree
1/2 C Coconut Sugar (Or you can use regular sugar)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Lg. Egg
Icing-
2/3 C Powdered Sugar
3 Tb Milk
So here is a different type of pumpkin bread. It goes together pretty fast and the flavor will NOT disappoint. If has everything you will want in a breakfast bread. The pumpkin pie spice will just sing to your taste buds! Here is how I made it!
I first mixed the pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla and egg together.
Then pinch off chunks of the crescent rolls and mix them gently into the pumpkin mixture.
Now, take that mixture and pour it into a greased, small baking dish. Mine is about 8inches by 5 inches. Bake it at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until it is baked all the way.
After the bread is cooked all the way through, allow it to cool completely.
While the bread is cooling, make your icing.
After the bread is cooled, drizzle the icing over the top of the bread.
