Indoor S’mores

Ingredient List

3/4 C Light Corn Syrup

3 Tb. Butter

2 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Tsp. Vanilla

9 C Golden Grahams Cereal

3 C Mini Marshmallows

 This is a family favorite! The down side is that they are so rich. I make this treat about once every 5 years. They are the prefect “Sometime Treat”.

Start with a giant pot on the stove over medium-low heat. Then add the Corn Syrup, Chocolate Chips, and Butter. Melt everything until it is smooth. Then remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. TIP- Before you measure your Corn Syrup, lightly spray or butter the measuring cup. They syrup will come right out without sticking to the sides of the cup.

While the chocolate mixture is melting, prepare your 9 by 13 inch pan. I line it with foil and butter the foil REALLY REALLY well! I made these one time and didn’t butter the pan well enough and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the Indoor S’mores out!

When the vanilla is mixed in, Pour the cereal and marshmallows into the pot and fold the chocolate all over them. Be gentle to not break up the cereal while doing this.

Once the mixture is mixed, press it into the REALLY WELL BUTTERED pan. Let cool and harden for at least 2 hours. Cut and enjoy!
