Yep you read that right! Dairy Free and Vegan Friendly Whipped Cream! It was SO easy to make and it taste FANTASTIC!!!! All you need is a can of Coconut Cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Place the can in the fridge for 24 hours before you need it. Take the can of coconut cream out of the fridge and scrap off the heavy thick white cream. Place it in a COLD bowl of my stand mixer. Using the whisk attachment, start whipping the coconut cream. Add in 3 Tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix everything together until you get nice stiff peaks! This stuff is amazing on hot chocolate, pies, and fresh fruit!
Ingredient List
1 Can Coconut Cream, very cold
3 Tb. Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
NOTE- If you want to do a different flavor, just substitute it for the vanilla. Good options would be peppermint or strawberry!
