Roasted Sunchokes

Ingredient List

1 lb. Sunchokes, scrubbed and chopped

4 Tb. Wildtree European Dipping Oil

1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

So here is another recipe for the Sunchokes! I personally liked these much better than any other recipe.

I used this oil for the oil to roast the sunchokes in. I had it and it has amazing flavor. If you do not have a Wildtree Consultant, I can hook ya up with one. If you want to try a different garlic infused oil feel free to do so. You could infuse garlic with olive oil and season with some Italian Seasoning if you would like.

So basically what you need to do is combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss them around to coat. Then place on a single layer on baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in a 450 degree oven and roast the sunchokes for 15 minutes or until they are tender on the inside and toasted on the outside. Aren’t they pretty?
