Ingredient List
2 Tablespoons REAL butter
2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 14oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
To start our 5 DAYS OF FUDGE, I decided to go quick and easy. Every one LOVES fudge, but for what ever reason, people are intimidated by making fudge. This recipe is about as easy as it gets. It takes about 5 minutes to make and about an hour to harden in the fridge. Here is how I make my basic chocolate fudge.
I start with a sauce pan and melt 2 tablespoons of REAL butter in the pan.
Next, I add 2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips into the melted butter and on LOW HEAT I stir the chips until mostly melted.
I then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate. Stir continuously until the milk and chocolate are completely combined and melted.
When the chocolate is melted, remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla to the chocolate and stir.
Pour the fudge into a foil lined dish and butter completely so the fudge is easily removed.
When the fudge is hardened, remove from the dish and foil. Cut to the desired size and enjoy. It is literally THAT EASY! 5 minutes of cooking and 1 hour of waiting and then you can enjoy.
