Basic Keto Crackers
These crackers are very simple in flavor. They pair well with anything with a big punch of flavor and really have a nice crunch!
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Mix together the almond flour, sour cream and 3/4 tsp. pink sea salt with a rubber spatula.
  3. Roll out half of the cracker dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. You want the crackers thin. Remove the top layer of parchment.
  4. After you get the dough rolled out, cut the dough into desired sized crackers. Top with the remaining salt.
  5. Bake the crackers for 50-60 minutes. I like to rotate the baking sheets in the oven several times during the bake time.
  6. Allow the crackers to cool and break them across the score lines. Store in a zipper bag.
