Mix 2 1/2 tb. almond flour, 1 tb. coconut flour, 1 1/2 tb. oat fiber (optional. If you don’t want to use the oat fiber, add 1/2 more tb. of coconut flour) 3/4 cup Mozzerella cheese, 1 egg, 2 tb. sugar substitute, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 tb butter and a pinch of salt in a pan. I then heat everything on low mixing constantly until it forms a dough ball.
