  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Take the chicken breast and slice it to make thinner slices. This will help the chicken cook faster. Pat the chicken breast dry.
  3. Next, spread the mayo on top of the chicken breast and top with 3 tb. of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the chicken breast has an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  5. When there is roughly 10 minutes left of bake time on the chicken, start the sauce. Heat the bacon grease and the heavy whipping cream in a skillet. Stir continuously until well incorporated.
  6. When the heavy whipping cream/bacon grease comes to a simmer, add in the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Stir the sauce until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  8. Once the sauce and chicken are finished cooking, pour the bacon cream sauce over the chicken. Top with some freshly cracked pepper. (Add salt to taste) Enjoy!
