Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the almond flour, salt, eggs, 4 TB. melted butter, sour cream and baking powder.
Then take 3 tb. of cold butter and chop it up small. Stir it into the batter mixture.
Take an ice cream scoop and scoop out the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are slightly browned.
