Keto Waffles
  1. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
  2. In a different bowl, mix together the sugar, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Follow the measurements and instructions for your waffle iron. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to cook the waffles….depending on your iron.
  5. Top the waffles with your favorite toppings.
