Place your roast in the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of broth in. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
At the 3 hour mark, throw in the cleaned radishes. Cover and cook another 3-5 hours, depending on the size of roast you decided to go with.
Remove 2 Cups of Beef Broth and place in a pot on the stove. Mix in 1/2-1 teaspoons of the Konjac Glucomannan Powder until thickened. If you decide to not use the Konjac Glucomannan Powder, you can just reduce the broth down by half for a gravy.
