In a medium size sauce pan melt together the butter, nut butter of your choice, sugar substitute and heavy whipping cream. Keep the heat low so you do not burn the butters. Mix continuously. Once melted, remove from heat.
Next mix in the cocoa powder, vanilla, and 4-10 drops of liquid sucralose until your taste buds are satisfied. I did 5 drops.
Next stir in the shredded coconut and the hemp hearts. Mix until well combined.
Scoop the cookie mixture onto a piece of wax paper. The mixture will be wet and will spread a bit. Let the cookies air dry or you can place in the refrigerator to harden up faster. I usually do a combo of the 2 at our house.
