Lambs Quarter is the amazing weed that grows in the field. Similar taste to spinach. So if you you don’t have any lambs quarter, just use spinach.

Salt and Pepper

Instructions
Prepare your lambs quarter. If using spinach instead- thaw your spinach and wring the excess liquid from the spinach.
Melt your butter and bacon grease in a skillet. Then add your minced garlic and sauté. Be sure to keep the heat medium-low. You do not want to burn your garlic.
Mix the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese into the garlic until melted.
Add your nutmeg and pepper to the cheese sauce. I wait to add salt until I am ready to enjoy!
Mix the lambs quarter into the cheese sauce and cook for about 5 minutes until everything is heated all the way through. Serve immediately and enjoy!
