  1. Brown the sausage and the onions together in a skillet.
  2. Once the sausage is MOSTLY browned, toss in the peppers and the butter and continue to cook everything together.
  3. When the peppers start to soften, toss in the cabbage and the beef broth. Stir everything until it is all incorporated. Cover and let the mixture cook for about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Once the cabbage is tender, it is time to enjoy!
